Monitor, evaluate, investigate, and respond to disputes received by various bank
To determine which chargebacks to accept and which to defence
Prepare evidence for chargeback re-presentment to the bank
To maintain proper records for the chargeback and refund cases
To perform necessary checking, verification, and investigation for all dispute and refund cases
Preparing refund reports and uploading them to the bank portal
Performing refunds online on the various bank portal
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Finance, or a related field.
Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English spoken and written, able to communicate
Able to work under pressure
Able to start work immediately.
Fresh Grad or 1/2 years experience handling credit card chargeback disputes. Degree holder in any field
Having a background in Visa/Master card association chargeback handling cycle is an added advantage
