The Company Info A fast-growing Business Process Outsourcing company that leverages on technologies that caters for diverse verticals with intelligent solutions. Your new role in the Company • Develop automation scripts to automate and improve system development and deployment process • Maintain existing running system, troubleshoot problems, and provide resolution to existing implementations • Ensure server is secure and high fault-tolerance • Develop scripts to automate visualization • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, performing root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions • Plan and maintain procedures and workflows for system deployment • Collaborate with development teams to deploy and operate applications, providing guidance and support on best practices • Document processes and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations What you will need to succeed • Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering) • Experience as a Server Administrator or similar software engineering role • Familiar in automation, version control and monitoring system tools such as Git, • Prometheus, Grafana, etc. • Familiar in CI/CD Tools, ability to build and maintain continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) for complex, distributed applications • Knowledge of process automation, best practices for DevOps • Scripting knowledge in Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc. • Problem solving attitude • Collaborative team spirit • AWS experience is a plus • Understanding of Jenkins CI/CD development flows is a plus • Deployment experience related clustering technologies • Certifications in any of the Cloud Providers is a plus • Able to work independently with minimum supervision What do we offer • Structured and clear career path, up to management level. • Employee development and great exposure in a fast-paced working environment. • Both the monetary and non-monetary rewards come with the hard work and result.
