Roles and responsibilities

  • Design and develop People Services performance dashboards to measure against SLAs, for “truing up” and the annual budget
  • Analyse and interpret People Services performance data to inform strategy and leadership decisions
  • Review policy affecting People Services delivery levels and governance relative to industry standards.
  • Work with leaders and their teams to draw up People Services’ annual and long-term work plans 
  • Prepare reports, presentations, slidedocs and other formats with which to inform and engage People Services’ stakeholders
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest and emerging HR trends and practices, eg roles, and technologies eg analytics, RPA, GPT 
  • People Services’ point of contact for annual budgeting and manpower planning exercise
  • Perform buyer support duties, such as raising purchase requisitions, maintaining records of purchase orders and ensuring their closure, and entering goods receipt 

Candidate profile

You might be someone 2-3 years out of university with a strong aptitude and a good undergraduate degree in anthropology, sociology, philosophy, economics, data analystics or even human resources! Or you could have 5+ years of solid work experience looking for a new opportunity and challenge.

Technical abilities

  • Working with data and tools for manipulating them – spreadsheet functions, statistical software, data visualisation eg Looker, Tableaux
  • Enterprise social networks and chat messengers (working knowledge of chatbots an advantage)
  • Presentation software, image design apps
  • Knowledge of the role and functions of human resources, key performance measures and related information systems would be an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in managing projects using different methodologies would be an advantage
