  • Develop and manage the dashboard of Content & Business Development for weekly and monthly management meetings.
  • Work closely with the Programme Management peers and intermediate programme updates, programme reports, pre- and post-programme survey feedback, and run analysis to add to the dashboard.
  • Act as the custodian of the proposal tracking numbers, including updating the progress update, follow-up notification, and proposal request trend analysis – ensuring the accuracy of data reported and timely submissions. Constantly look for ways to improve the data analytics and reporting approach.
  • Manage database on the CRM platform (Zoho and SharePoint)
  • Identify and collate references for new trending programmes from other institutes of directors (IODs) and competitive intelligence analyses to be updated bi-weekly.
  • Scouting for potential new facilitators and speakers for public programmes for VP’s review and consideration; including the Bespoke, Dialogue Series and PowerTalk series.
  • Actively prospect and identify potential clients (corporate) to subscribe to Bespoke programmes. Upon identifying hot and warm leads, coordinate a meeting with the client and include VP to join the discussion.
  • Prepare the programme materials such as the presentation deck templates, supporting learning materials such as case studies and programme activities items (if any).
  • Develop and maintain the programme housekeeping and holding deck for bespoke programmes. Including the coordination of administration and logistics of bespoke programmes.
  • Transfer the approved Public Programme, PowerTalk, and Advocacy Dialogue materials to the Programme Management team to expedite.
  • ·Handle all invoice requests, support the Finance division with payment collections, and coordinate and prepare all necessary documentation including TOEs, RFPs, etc – ensuring that these tasks are completed before the respective due dates.
  • Proactively respond to inbound calls and emails and notify the HOD of any relevant leads and inquiries.
  • Work rotation within the department may be assigned accordingly, as and when necessary.


  • Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in programme development, education management, business development, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Communicate fluently in English.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify industry trends, gather relevant data, and generate insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
