Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be preferable
2. Proficiency in using social media platform. Knowledge of social media management tools will be an added value.
3. We also welcome fresh graduates/trainees with high interest in developing a career in digital marketing to apply for the position too.
4. Familiarity with software such as Microsoft, Google Workspace etc.
Responsibility:
1. Respond to customer inquiries: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries through various social media platforms. Provide timely and accurate responses to address their questions, concerns, and requests.
2. Social media management: Collaborate with senior associate to plan, execute and manage social media content across all available platforms. Create engaging and informative posts and/or videos to promote our products/services, attract new customers, and enhance brand awareness.
