About the Company:

A well-known Manufacturing company of inspection technology

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative jobs in NATM collaborating with NATT.
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments.
  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
  • Execute and or support PR/PO.
  • Translate in Japanese, Malay and English in written and verbal formats.
  • Support any sales related activities – receiving PO, following up delivery, issuing debit notes, translating sales materials, etc.

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least N2 above Japanese language certificate.
  • Have some Japanese cultural understanding.
  • Sales experience (preferable).
  • Proactively work and enjoy for any tasks.
  • Fast leaner and passion for a work.

Location Kulim, Kedah

Working Hours 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
