Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, live chat, and social media.
2. Assist clients with account setup, trading platform usage, funding, withdrawals, and general trading inquiries.
3. Resolve client issues by troubleshooting, analyzing, and providing solutions or escalating when necessary.
4. Develop a deep understanding of Forex markets, trading platforms, and related products.
5. Collaborate with sales and account management teams for onboarding and account management.
6. Educate clients on Forex trading topics and conduct training sessions.
7. Handle client complaints professionally and escalate complex issues as needed.
8. Maintain accurate records and generate reports on customer support metrics.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s diploma or degree above.
• Prior customer support experience, preferably in Forex or finance.
• Strong knowledge of Forex trading concepts and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in customer support software, CRMs, and trading platforms.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance.
• Mandrin speaker is added advantage
