We’re looking for a Product Designer for the AirAsia Product & Innovation Team. You will be working with fantastic teams from Deliver vertical. The products you would be involved in are Galaxy Suite, Turn Around App, and other Internal Products. If you have exceptional problem-solving abilities, communicate effectively, and are able to translate business needs into fantastic customer-focused solutions, we want you! What you will do:

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings.
• Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI and visual design specifications to Product and Engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Contribute to the design system and ensure design standardization across all the team’s products.
• Performing metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts.
• Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities.

Your Experience:

• Must have at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• At least 2 years experience as a UI/UX designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar.
• Fluency in best practices for app and web-based information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.
• Experience designing applications with many user touch points with a specialty in app and web design.
• Professional skill in high-fidelity mockup and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, or equivalent.
• Ability to focus on, manage and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to collaborate with others in a cross-functional team in different locations
• Must be able to rationalize and present their design ideas and decisions to stakeholders
• Must have a portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design. This should also include approach and process.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions.
