Syarat-syarat kelayakan:
1. Lengkap vaksinasi termasuk dos penggalak.
2. Terbuka kepada warganegara Malaysia sahaja.
3. Berumur antara 18 tahun hingga 35 tahun.
4. Mampu bekerja mengikut syif dan hujung minggu.
5. Boleh bekerja lebih masa.
6. Lokasi bekerja di SOGO Kuala Lumpur.
7. Kelayakan minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) MINIMUM LULUS lima (5) subjek mata pelajaran termasuk Bahasa Malaysia dan Sejarah.
8. Tiada mempunyai rekod jenayah lampau.
9. Tamat latihan di PULAPOL atau tanpa pengalaman.
10. Tiada masalah penglihatan (rabun dan buta warna) dan tiada masalah pendengaran.
11. Tiada masalah kesihatan dan mempunyai kelayakan fizikal seperti berikut:
Calon Lelaki:
1. Ketinggian Minimum (tidak berkasut): 165cm.
2. Berat Badan Minimum: 50kg.
3. Ukuran Dada: Sekurang-kurangnya 81 cm (biasa) dan 86 cm (semasa menarik nafas).
4. Indeks Jisim Badan (Body Mass Index – BMI): Antara 19 hingga 26.
Calon Wanita:
1. Ketinggian Minimum (tidak berkasut): 163cm.
2. Berat Badan Minimum: 48kg.
3. Indeks Jisim Badan (Body Mass Index – BMI): Antara 19 hingga 26.
