Welfare and Remunerations Package:

1. Fixed Basic ($3100 – $3300) + Allowance
2. Minimum Commission ($1,400 and above with no cap)
3. Quarterly Bonus (every 3 months)
4. Yearly Flexi-Allowance ($1,000)
5. 18 days of Annual leave + 1 Birthday off
6. Career progression via a corporate structure
7. Performance review on the 6th month
8. No clawback of commission
9. Full-time / Permanent position

 Responsibilities:

• Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Make calls to fix appointments for customers to meet up in the branch
• Provide after-sales service

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/ Degree holders
• Sales driven and adaptable 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are a must
• Entry-level is welcome
